Given his local knowledge of people and farms, his recently completed BSc(Ag) and his farming enterprise, (crops, seeds, sheep & cattle) Murray Johns has agreed to organize several Farm tours for TLG members during the year. This will be a series of educational ‘Walk & Talks’, where input is provided both by local farmers and other experts in the field. Education of ourselves as farmers is the chief aim of this project.  Contact Murray if you think you would like to join any of the 4-5 tours – plans can be sent once details have been confirmed.  The Farm Tours are funded, thanks to the Department of Primary Industry (DPI).
