Baranduda Community Centre hosted an introductory weeds course run by Gary Baxter on June 24 2012
This event was organised by the Northeast Landcare facillitators Dave Cromarty and and Amber Croft and was attended by 11 participants. Topics covered included identification and control options for local weeds and weeds of national significance. Great internet resources were explored and an overview of both biological and chemical control approaches were discussed. Participants enjoyed sharing their knowledge to help each other identify specimens brought along for that purpose. You can view some photos taken on the day here
