Lin Crase’s interests are primarily in water policy, the management of water allocations, water property rights and analysis of the trade-offs between sectors that compete for water access. He is a very forthright speaker, who tells it as it is.
This will be a terrific opportunity to hear:
- Why water is now considered liquid gold
- Why water really does run uphill – towards money
