This will be an opportunity to learn about the benefits of the deep-burrowing earthworm, and the earthworm chookyard trials underway in NE Victoria. There will also be a chance to inspect Alan's "chook tractor" and learn how he incorporates this with his cattle grazing regime.
The session will be led by earthworm and dung beetle specialist, Dr Graeme Stevenson.
This event is a joint initiative between North East Ecological Farmers, and Kiewa Catchment Landcare Groups.
