Alpine Valleys Community Leadership Program, in conjunction with the Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria (Department of Justice), is pleased to offer the following FREE workshop for not-for-profit groups and committees.

Conflict is a normal part of any group. How conflict is dealt with can make or break a group. Experienced mediators from DSCV will facilitate a 2 hour interactive workshop to assist committee members and would be committee members from not-for profit community groups build their skills to better deal with group conflict.

This practical, interactive workshop will examine the nature of group conflict to enable you to:

  • identify the early signs of conflict
  • understand its causes and
  • assess its impact on the group

Your ability to successfully resolve conflict will be enhanced by:

  • improving your communications skills
  • understanding the benefits and role of a facilitated joint discussion and
  • providing you with resources to assist in resolving group conflict.

 

AVCLP, in conjunction with the Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria (Department of Justice), is pleased to offer the following FREE workshop for volunteer, not for profit groups and committees.

The Dispute Settlement Centre (DSCV) provides Victorians with a range of free, confidential dispute resolution services.

Limited places are available for this workshop, and bookings are essential by Thursday 27 February.
