A working bee and BBQ for all at the Bright Community Indigenous garden to prepare for the pathways to be installed, for the final section plantings and general weeding.
Upper Ovens Valley Landcare Group would like to invite all interested people to attend a working bee and BBQ at the Community Indigenous Garden. Located behind the Community Centre in Railway Avenue, Bright.
We have recently completed preparing the project area for the final plantings to be done this autumn, but the area still needs a good clean up and weed removal, preparation for completing the pathways and some stonework.
Works starts at 9:30am and will go through until BBQ lunch time (weather dependant).
So come along for as much of the day that you can or just come along for the bbq.
Bring a pair of work gloves.
All welcome, especially kids.
Enjoy a Sausage Sizzle at 12 noon for all
