The Nullawil Landcare group formed from a Rabbit Action Group in 1993 to improve management of rabbits and weeds, undertake stock containment areas for drought proofing, purchase a rabbit ripper and fumigator and to access funding for rabbit and weed control programs. There are currently 40 landholders involved with the Nullawil Landcare group. This represents 100% of the landholders in the district. Tyrell and Lalbert creeks are also a major focus with the preservation of Carpet Python and Bush Stone Curlew habitats having a high priority within our community.
