Three landcare groups aim to increase community involvement and
the scale and speed of improvement of this asset through substantial on-ground interventions that:
• increase extent and condition of our aquatic, riparian and terrestrial habitats
• establish new and greater populations of threatened species
• improve public access to the land
• further engage the community with protecting and improving the environment
• increase community appreciation of nature
• improve understanding of and response to indigenous values.
