The third in a series of 3 workshop / field activities run by Jill Dawson of Our Native Garden to promote knowledge of and skills in identification and propagation of the local flora of Baranduda - the third workshop will focus on propagation from cuttings

Commences:  Saturday 26th February - 2pm - 5-30pm which will be the final in a series of 3 workshops / field activities

 

Location: Jamison Drive Reserve

The Flexible Delivery method that Jill proposes may include:

  • Presentation of theory and principles
  • Booklets on principles and practices
  • Field trips designed to see plants in their natural setting collect seed & cuttings
  • Usage of Wodonga TAFE propagation facilities

 

Practical demonstration and experience at

  • Our Native Garden nursery in Tawonga
  • Suitable locations in Baranduda

 

 

Participants will receive Certificates of Completion detailing the short course topics attended and may gain credits for units within Horticulture and Conservation and Land Management Training Packages
