As a woman involved in a crop and livestock business, you and your neighbours are invited to come along to find out more about crop production.
Topics covered in the day will include:
- How crops grow
- Overview of crops grown in south west Victoria
- What makes for a ‘good’ rotation
- Seasonal management decisions
This workshop will build off knowledge gained in the first workshop on soils and climate. It is not essential to have attended the first workshop though to join in for this one.
The day will include presentations from Cam Nicholson, Annieka Paridaen and Zoe Creelman, group discussion and time out in the paddock. Make sure you bring your questions!
