After the completion of its Melbourne screenings, the Environmental Film Festival Melbourne is taking a selection of its films to four regional towns in Victoria. Far East Victoria Landcare (FEVL) is very pleased to announce that Orbost is one of these towns and the event will be held at the Orbost Exhibition Centre November 9th and 10th.
Drawing from the very best new environmental films from all over the world the festival covers issues as diverse as population growth, coal seam gas exploration, the impacts of progress on our primate brains, and presents a powerful argument for why the global water crisis will be the central issue facing our world this century.
