Along with our Landcare AGM, this year we will be having Steve Laidlaw talk about Succession Planning.
SED Consulting is southern Australia’s largest regional consulting group, delivering a wide range of management consulting services to small-medium business, not-for-profit organisations and local government. Steve has a sound understanding of regional business requirements, having experience working in country-based private and corporate enterprises. Raised on a Victorian farm, which he has worked and managed, Steve has used his legal training in regional legal practices before gaining wide experience of corporate legal and administrative work. His diverse career has provided a solid base of knowledge in many facets of management that particularly effect regional businesses. Steve is passionate about Australia, maintaining the sustainability of regional communities; the core of which are people, businesses and the natural environment.
