The Communities' Environment Program has been announced!
The Communities’ Environment Program (CEP) was announced during the Coalition’s election campaign.
The Program will provide up to $22.65 million in 2019-20 for community-led environment projects, with up to $150,000 per electorate. Members of Parliament will consult with their local communities to identify and nominate projects for funding.
Further details regarding the program will be made available once program guidelines have been released.
Community groups may have preliminary discussions with their MP regarding local environmental priorities in anticipation of the guidelines.
