Each year during the January school holidays, Coastcare Victoria coordinates the delivery of hundreds of ‘Summer by the Sea’ activities from Mallacoota in the east to Nelson in the west.
Summer by the Sea is a great opportunity to discover Victoria’s coastal and marine environments. Victoria’s precious coastal and marine environments support a wide variety of species and habitats.
Summer by the Sea activities give you a chance to find out more about these remarkable places and to learn about some of the challenges facing our marine and coastal environments.
Whether you are a local living on the coast or enjoying a holiday, check out the great events on offer: there’s something for everyone at this year’s Summer by the Sea.
