MAD for the Merri secured funding to develop a business plan for the next 4 years to examine how it could operate into the future and partnership opportunities to enable the group to explore opportunities
Just going through this process has already reaped results in that Warrnambool CoastCare LandCare Group and MAD have joined forces to employ a facilitator for 2 days a week in 2015/16. The new position of Warrnambool and District Landcare Facilitator will be funded by DELWP one day and the 2 groups the other day each week to deliver projects.
