Lake Hume is home to a variety of birds of prey, from the majestic Sea Eagle which nests on the Bethanga foreshores, to the dainty Nankeen Kestrel often seen hovering over neighbouring paddocks. The fast flying and beautiful Peregrine Falcon can also often be seen nearby. Come along to this event and learn about these special birds, their lives and habitats from one of Australia’s leading experts, Dr Victor Hurley of the Australasian Raptor Association.

Free sausage sizzle followed by the presentation.
