Join us for an information session on Indian Mynas (listed as one of the top 100 invasive species. IUCN). Indian Mynas are expanding from the well populated area of Wangaratta and dispersing into the outlying rural areas. Guest speakers will talk on Indian Mynas' history, biology, habits and hints on successfully trapping them, Animal welfare obligations associated with the program will be addressed.
This is a community wide undertaking to establish the current distribution and population size and assist in controlling these birds.
