Greg Smith, has managed projects for the VFF for several years. He has a Masters degree in Rural Science and has a good understanding of the vast array of climate information. He is a good communicator with considerable agricultural experience.
The presentation and discussion at these meetings is based on weather data for your specific area and usually lasts for about an hour.
It covers:
• Understanding our weather and what controls the climate.
• The key on-farm issues – what can be changed?
• How to access further information or training.
