Seed Collection Day with Dan Frost Saturday, 25 February
Begin at 10AM at Long Point Bushland Reserve (Gillies Road, north of Ascot-Creswick Road intersection.) Dan will take us on a tour of the Reserve and collect some of the indigenous seed available there.
Then we will go to Seeding Victoria’s Ballarat Seed Bank at Sawpit Road, Creswick and share a provided lunch. After lunch Dan will give us a tour of the facilities there, explaining how they process, store and distribute their collected seeds.
