Weeding in the Montgomery Street grasslands
We plan to do some weeding in the Montgomery St grasslands. This is a beautiful native kangaroo grass area (see photo, taken in November 2005) with some other lovely indigenous plants, but also plenty of weeds that shouldn't be there.
We have chosen this site as it is well above creek level, so even if there is some rain it should be OK working conditions.
Park on Montgomery St.
We will start at 10 am and have morning tea at about 11.30.
Bring weeding tools, mattocks, brush cutters, gum boots and gloves.
