We'll be recovering tree guards and stakes from trees that no longer need protection from wallaby grazing. Wear sturdy clothing suitable for the weather. If possible, bring gloves and wire cutters.
We mostly use 900mm high rabbit netting tree guards as although expensive, we can re-use them indefinitely. Salvaging these from well grown trees means we won't have to buy so many for this year's big revegetation program.
