This event is part of
Working bee on MCCL's Red Hill Trail site - last one for 2014.
(Note this working bee is additional to the one on the 26th Dec)
The site at the Red Hill end of the Red HIll-Merricks Rail Trail has recently been weeded by the council. MCCL has agreed to take on maintenance with the support of Mornington Peninsula Shire Council.
We will have the wonderful Danielle Suffern from Naturelinks on site with us, helping to identify weeds and remove them effectively and safely. Danielle is a great resource, and this is a good way to get your weed identification skills up.
A drink and a bite to eat afterwards at The Epicurean is on the cards.
No need to stay the whole 3 hours. If you can only make it for a shorter period of time, no problem.
