Mt Toolebewong & District Landcare Group will join with the Healesville Junior Football Club on National Tree Day to plant behind the Queens Park clubrooms.
Community groups have been planting along the creek which leads through Queens Park for several years. Our efforts have prevented erosion of the creek banks and litter getting into the waterway, plus created a more diverse wildlife corridor. Healesville Junior Football Club players and families, and a visiting team, will join landcare members to plant 200 indigenous species to finish the project.
