This event is part of
Wildlife Presentation, Trapping and Spotlighting Walk
Join us for a presentation on the wildlife of the Gippsland Plains Grassy Woodland. The Red Gum woodland has lots of fauna that live in the hollows of these old trees and Jim Reside of Wildlife Unlimited will show us who is living in this area between Morwell, Rosedale and Cowwarr. Following the presentation we will head out with torches for a guided spotlight tour in a nearby reserve. We will be setting up Elliot traps in the reserve which will be checked the next morning in another session.
Venue: Traralgon (including a local reserve). Pizza dinner provided.
Bring a torch, wear appropriate footwear and warm clothes.
