Working Bee
Our last working bee was rained off so we're hoping get some work started on our "Adopt a Highway" site at the Billy's Creek bridge on Monash Way about 4km this (Yinnar) side of Churchill.
This Saturday, May 31, looks possible with the weather. We will start at 1p.m.
If you'd like to join us, you'd be very welcome.
Please Note: THIS EVENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN.
You'll need wet weather footwear. Bring loppers, secateurs, ear muffs if you have them.
We will provide work gloves, signage and safety vests.
The aim is to tackle the self-sown cherry plums and whatever other weeds we can easily access and cart away.
