INTRODUCTORY FIELD DAY Saturday 31st March 2007
The purpose of the Introductory Field Day is to teach the basic skills of Australian Demeter Biodynamics,
Developed by Alex Podolinsky for Australian conditions.
You will learn how to:
- store and use the B.D. preparations.
- cultivate the soil, to improve soil structure.
- prepare the soil to receive the B.D. preparations at the most beneficial time.
- make compost using B.D. principals and the six B.D. compost preparations.
- improve the health, humus and microbial activity in your soil.
- read the Biodynamic sowing chart.
After attending this day you will be eligible to join the Biodynamic Gardeners Association Inc.
The annual subscription is $ 35.00 per member/family, and this will entitle you to:
- Annual copies (2) of the Biodynamic Growing magazine.
- BDGAI Newsletters
- Annual Biodynamic sowing chart.
- Purchase of B.D preparations and seeds from the B.D. Seed bank.
- Access to B.D. Library and much more.
Location: 1279 Yackandandah Rd, Mudgegonga, 3737, Vic.
Time : 9.30 for 10.00 am start until about 4 pm.
Bring : Work clothes, boots, hat, raincoat, digging fork, lunch, cup, etc.
(Tea, Herb Tea and Coffee provided).
