This workshop will deliver information regarding current research into vineyard cover crops, their advantages and disadvantages, species selection and sowing techniques. The workshop will also cover information
relating to cover crops trial site establishment and management. This session will be delivered by Chris Penfold, Senior Research Officer, CRCV,
Roseworthy Campus, The University of Adelaide, SA. A visit to a current trial site will be conducted during this session.

A wine tasting focusing on vineyards that have implemented cover crop management techniques will be conducted from 6.00pm.
