Seminar and Field Day
A range of guest speakers including agronomists, suppliers and DPI staff will present information on the use of sub-surface drip irrigation in crop production in the Upper Murray. This irrigation method is new to the Upper Murray and has the potential to save water and improve productivity. Topics will include site selection, design, installation costs as well as water savings and profit forecasts using Subsurface Drip Irrigation in lucerne and other horticultural crops.
